After calling 5 companies to fit my log burner I had lost hope to have it fitted before Christmas. When I came across T Ferry builders I didn’t expect them to have any availability. I messaged and they got back to me within minutes saying they could fit me in the following week. Every step of the service from contact via Facebook messenger to a quick and professional service on the day was 5*. I am already planning on having them back to fit another log burner. I would recommend this company to everyone.

A very pleasant man with a serious amount of knowledge. He actually cares about his customer as well. On a few occasions he saved me from making the wrong decision from which stove I need, to the output of the stove etc. Very helpful. Then the installation was quick and to a very high standard. I will definitely use these again. And will recommend their business to family and friends.

used this co. twice now – had a stack repointed after they swept chimney and was extremely pleased with work done – a couple other local roofers said they had fixed this leak and failed! – so pleased that this co. finally sorted problem! Also fit seagull cage at a later date which we were very pleased with. Would use again and recommend. They also tidy up after themselves!

I thoroughly recommend T Ferry done a sweep and new liner installed arrived when he said he would, explained what he would be doing ,very clean job no rubbish left.he even replace a couple bricks on the chimney stack free of charge.Previous comments sounds like sour grapes for some reason because if I wasn’t happy I wouldn’t pay again for the same job done I would of taking him to court and 4 jobs for 300 pounds did Mr ferry tell you this I am sure if you went and spoke to Mr ferry with your concerns after my dealings with him I am 100% confident he would rectify any issues you may of or thought you had
